Prices in euros, all taxes included. Doya Sushi reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Orders are placed through the online ordering platform. Payment is made using the methods shown when you place your order.
4. Collection
Collection at the restaurant only (Viale Carlo Maria Giulini, 55, 76121 Barletta), at the time chosen when ordering. Home delivery is not available.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 59(1)(d) and (n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
